Stammtisch in SF Bay

The regular Stammtisch events take place once a month on a Wednesday and are open to everybody. The aim is simply to meet other Swiss-list members and have a good time.

We met at the Coyote Point Recreation Area for a BBQ. More than 30 people made it. Thanks to Thomas, Abel and Judith (SwisslLounge) and Hansjürg (Swiss-List) for organizing it

The first BBQ this year in the Coyote Hills park. About 15 persons plus a bunch of kids attended.

We had a private tour of the Computer History Museum.

Fondue at Matterhorn Restaurant, San Francisco
on Sunday December 2, 2001. Almost 40 Swiss-Listers came to celebrate the cold season with a Fondue. Thanks to Anne Brunner for organizing the event and struggling to get everybody to pay enough.

on Sunday May 20, 2001, in Huddart Park, San Mateo County. Quite a turnout! Thanks to Laurent Vuilleumier for organizing it.

A social event in San Francisco's Gordon Biersch on March 4, 2001. A few new faces showed up.

The New Economy in Switzerland was presented by de Weck and Partners on 1 December, 2000.

We had a BBQ on Sunday October 15 in Huddart Park. Thanks to Laurent Vuilleumier for the organization.

A few people showed up at the Poncho Sanchez concert (August 11th), and we had a great time (there was not even enough time to get a picture).

We met for a BBQ at the Coyote Hill Regional Park. Some 25 people showed up. Thanks to Anne Brunner for organizing this event and securing the best tables in the park!

On the hottest Sunday in a while, May 21st 2000, some 16 Swiss-Listers made it to Gordon Biersch in San Francisco. Unfortunately, nobody took a picture....

On May 1, we had dinner at Millenium Restaurant in San Francisco before going to the San Francisco Film Festival and enjoyed Beresina or the last days of Switzerland.

On March 27, 2000, 8pm, at Il Fornaio, in Palo Alto, Dr. Andreas Danuser, Chairman of the Board, President & CEO of Inalp Networks Inc, Switzerland, gave us a presentation about (his) activities in Switzerland. We met with somebody who actually founded a start-up in Switzerland and was able to receive multi-million francs of venture capital. We heard about important changes and that Switzerland is catching-up: The Silicon Valley starts to get a shape in the Swiss Valley!

Our last social event was a BBQ at the Coyote Point Recreation Area on Saturday, August 7, 1999. Unlike the week before, we were lucky enough to have blue sky and the sun altogether.
