EVENT DESCRIPTION:
What are the fatal business flaws that venture capitalists try to identify
from business plans and company presentations when deciding whether to fund a
company?

That night, we hear from the expert, Samuel Colella, Managing Director of
Versant Ventures. Mr. Colella will discuss how he analyzes life science
business plans and the issues he looks for regarding the funding viability of
a business plan.
Learn the questions you should be asking yourself when self-diligencing the
funding viability of your new life science venture.
          
The event will be at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati conference hall, 950
Page Mill Road, Palo Alto across from Genencor and just west of 650 Page Mill
