I am a United States citizen, I initiated my case for an I-130 on May 26, 2002
and received my first NOA on June 4,2002. Received a second NOA on November 29,
2002 and a few weeks ago received Packet 3.

I received Packet 3, and sent it to NVC.I would like to know after Packet 3 is
sent approximately how much longer do I have to wait to receive the interview
abroad with my husband? My husband is in Dominican Republic.
