Welcome to one of the best places in the world for running, biking and hiking !
There are hundreds of miles of trails in a large number of parks, ideally suited for trail running or mountain biking (where allowed). The mountains in the Bay Area also allow for great bike rides, ranging from 10 - 200 mile rides (Davis Double Century !).
