Hmm, I may be wrong, but I really don't believe the US government will
allow you to have dual citizenship. You are *supposed* to give up any other
citizenship when applying. Now, of course, they can not *force* you to give
up anything, but you will be swearing that you are (and therefore lying, if
you keep your swiss citizenship).
A lot of people do have dual citizenship however, because they acquired it
the other way around: american first, then foreign; or through birth, etc.
BTW, out of curiosity, what sort of discrimination are you talking about?
Personally, it appears to me that the only restriction I have is not to be
able to vote (which, granted, can be frustrating at times, especially
considering the current state of politics :)
