Look in the yellow pages under 'cargo'.
You may want to consider driving to Corpus Christi or Houston (TX) or the East coast. I have no experience about this, just a thought.
About 6 years ago I worked with a Swiss cardiologist who bought an old Ford Mustang while on vacation in the US and he shipped it to CH.
It seems not to be complicated to find a car moving specialist. He picked it up in Holland personally. You cannot leave any valuable things in the car because it will disappear, I was told even if you hide it pretty well.
An other question about this:
Does anybody have some suggestions on how to move household things to US from CH and organizing this from the US?
