Hi,
The swiss-list website has been moved to the new server and
so far most features seem to be operational. If you spot
any problems please let me know.
Our mailing lists are now managed by mailman instead of
majordomo, this means that a few things are different:
- there is now a digest version of every mailing list
- mailman has a more comprehensive web interface for
subscribers to subscribe/unsubscribe and manage their
subscriptions. Check http://www.swiss-list.com/mailman/
- moderators right now cannot edit email messages. This
means that all messages containing attachements or
html formatted emails will be rejected instead of edited.
I will fix this eventually.
- if email messages to your account bounce mailman will
automatically remove your mail address from the list
eventually.
For every mailing list you are currently subscribed to
you will get a message that explains how you can change
your subcription options.
