You might want to check with Crista Lucey of Spott & Lucey accountants (they
specialize in CH-US financial assistance). She did a presentation to the SF
Swiss Stammtisch some time ago that included information about just this
topic. (I don't recall the details, since the situation did not apply to
me.)
