Nico,

I think the perspective and probability depends on the quality of
the package. A friend of mine with a difficult visa situation
overall got the OR and was working on it for a few weeks. From
what you are telling me I think you may have to review the choice
of your lawyer.

I worked with Fragomen Del Ray out of New York, but eventually
won the Greencard. There are a few good ones around in San
Francisco that are quite reputed. I can check if you need
references.
