As far as I know a LOT has changed since 1974.
Especially exporting European cars back to Switzerland seems to be a
pretty good deal.
Changes usually include lights and speedometer.
Exhaust should not be a problem.
A Swiss Audi dealer quoted me something around SFr. 2500.
But as the van in question is probably American I'd rather dump it here
;-)
