Folks,
Let me understand one thing: did Swissair file for bankruptcy or not ?
If they did, I understand that there is a slim change of recovering our
tickets or getting a refund. However, if they are taken over by
CrossAir, I would think that CrossAir has to cover for the tickets.
Along the lines of 'a company buying another one cannot just take over
the assets, but also has to take over the debts'. I'm not a lawyer, and
I'm probably naive on this issue, but doesn't it seem to make sense ?
