Hello Swiss-listers,

The UCSF School of Medicine Dean's Office could use more freelance
writers for occasional assignments, primarily for our website. We are
looking for people with a background in technical/journalistic writing
and a focus on science, particularly medical science. Ability to
translate technical language into lay terms is highly valued, as is a
knack for storytelling. Payment is negotiable, but for web features, we
generally pay around $750-$1000, depending on complexity/length. For
examples, see our website at http://medschool.ucsf.edu, or specifically:

If you know anyone who might be interested, please have them contact me
with a bio/writing samples.

Thanks!
