for jobs in finance, I would recommend the NZZ newspaper, they have also
a web site www.nzz.ch, you might find something there. If you are more
interested in a management position try a headhunter. I know of one
office that is based in Zuerich and has offices in US. There is one in
Atlanta. the web address is http://www.egonzehnder.com. I don't know if
this fits with your profile, but you can ask them. Also the Swiss List
and the Consulate here in California had a Networking event with DeWeck
an other company, http://www.deweck.com/, you might try them as well,
but they might be more specialized in Swiss people (They don't need a
visa)
